How does shipping work?
We offer free shipping and returns on all orders within the U.S. (in-stock items will arrive within 3-7 business days).
Expedited shipping within the U.S. is available at checkout.
Orders will ship within 48-72 hours after purchasing. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our team processes orders each weekday afternoon. Orders received over the weekend are processed within 48-72hrs after receiving.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
In light of safety concerns, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. Your safety and our team's safety is of utmost importance to us.
Each piece is manufactured specifically for you and on-demand. This allows us to stay true to our commitment to sustainability. In the rare event that you receive a defective product within 14 days of ordering, we’re happy to send you a replacement. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the defective product.
